Effects for consultation and development is a private limited shareholding ,offer several services in the areas of training , project management, institutional development , consulting services and event management as well as research and evaluation to all the institutions of local and international civil society organizations working in Palestine.

Post Title: Projects Coordinator assistant
Post Type: Full  Time
Duration : 3 months, renewable.
Location:   Gaza City
Department: Projects management  Department

The Projects Coordinator assistant,  will responsible to assist  the projects management  coordinator,  for the overall management of projects with our partners.
 Candidates must possess the following competencies:
-University degree in Industrial Engineering or engineering.
-1-3 years experience of working in the field of projects management.
-Excellent experience of developing proposals for a variety of donors.
-Experience of successfully fundraising.
-Experience of developing links with NGOs, government agencies, Institutional donors and other stakeholders.
-Excellent written & spoken English.
-Ability to work on own initiative as well as a part of a team.
-Energetic and able to work under stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines.
-Communication & negotiation skills.
