Projects Manager - Al 'Eizariya

The objective of the Project Manager is to operationalize the strategy and mandate of Karama Solidarity in Palestine, to ensure the development, monitoring and evaluation of the projects, including seasonal projects (distribution of food parcels during Ramadan and Eid-Al-Adha, distribution of parcels in winter ...), development cooperation projects and possible humanitarian aid projects depending on the context. The Project Manager will follow-up local partners in the Project Cycle process (Identification / Formulation / Planning / Monitoring / Follow-up Evaluation) of the different projects in compliance with the legal and professional standards of the sector. The objective of the Palestine Project Officer is also to submit project proposals to potential international donors present in Palestine.

The Palestine Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising projects, monitoring the various stakeholders at each stage of the projects, facilitating and supporting local partners.

He/she is responsible for:

(1) implementing the KS strategy in Palestine (project cycle management, capacity building/empowerment of partners, coordination with actors in Palestine in the relevant sectors, planning...) within the framework of a results-based approach,

(2) the achievement of objectives and results foreseen,

(3) capitalize and report on the results achieved.

The Project Manager will work in close collaboration with and report to the General Manager of KS in Palestine.
