Project Coordinator for Capacity and Institutional Building in favour of Bethlehem Municipality departments for a period of 16 months.
Bethlehem Municipality (BM) has received a Grant from the Italian Government, Palestinian
Municipalities Support Programme (PMSP), through the Ministry of Local Government, for the Capacity and Institutional Building in favour of Bethlehem Municipality Departments, in partnership with Regione Puglia.

Bethlehem Municipality invites highly qualified candidates to apply for the following post:

Job Title: (Proposal Writer)
Accountable to: Engineering Department
Location: Bethlehem Municipality
Closing Date: Thursday - July 04, 2013

Qualifications and duties:
1-Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field, Master degree is an advantage.
2-Fluency in Arabic and English Languages, writing, reading and conversation.
3-Two years experience in this field.
4-Good knowledge in writing project proposals.
5-Good knowledge in report writing and formal correspondence.
6-To be able to deal with donor support projects and be aware of the necessary procedures.
7-Good communication skills.
8-Full knowledge of all necessary software in this field; AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
9-Ability to work effectively under pressure of work and outside the official working hours for the Bethlehem Municipality.
10-Priority is given to the applicants of the city of Bethlehem.
