Protection Data Administrator

Protection Data Administrator
Place of Employment : Jerusalem
Contract duration : 9 months, covering maternity
Trial period : 3 months
Occupation rate : 100%
Job Grade : B1

Main responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Data & Analytics Manager in Jerusalem, the Protection Data Administrator is responsible for the data management of protection activities related to the Protection of Civilian Population (PCP). S/he provides Protection services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
The Protection Data Administrator
- Assists the Data & Analytics Manager with the quality data controls and analytics.
- Participates in the establishment and maintenance of a proper filing system for the department.
- Updates related information and supporting the field as required.
- Participates in the review, updates of data entry procedures and workflows.
- Analyses, crosschecks, and corrects data in the relevant database.
- Develops and runs monitoring tools such as dashboards, and reports.
- Produces trends and analysis in collaboration with the Data & Analytics Manager.
- Assists the Data & Analytics Manager in producing statistics and analysis for the department and other stakeholders.
- Facilitates and contributes to the training / coaching for Field Offers and Delegates.
- Supports the other Protection Data Administrators in developing training materials.
Education & professional experience:
- University degree on relevant field
- Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Hebrew is an asset.
- Computer proficiency with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Some relevant experience in similar fields of activities.
- Data entry, data management, reporting, controls & analytics relating to Protection Management
- Facilitation of training and coaching
