Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organizationinvites all companies&suppliers to participate in one or all of the following tenders:

1-  012 – Fuel and Cooking Gaz

3-014 – Meals with soft drinks

The following conditions apply:

- The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.

- Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.

- Tender documents can be obtained starting fromSunday29April 2012 during official working hours, from 8:00AM to3:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

- The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00PM on Sunday13May 2012,at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps tender committee only.

- The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

- The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
