Psychosocial Counselor - For Males and Females

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of:

1-Duty Station : Nablus Area - Vacancy No. 005/2012/X
Jerusalem Area - Vacancy No. 006/2012/X
Hebron Area - Vacancy No. 007/2012/X
2-Grade & Salary : LDC Contract Band “D” – S1
: 593.80 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
3-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits
(Medical Insurance) & Currency Adjustment Factor

4-Qualifications:
-A university degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field.
-At least two years of experience in psychosocial counseling.
-Basic computer skills.
-Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

Competencies
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent counseling skills and ability to work with female and male children,
adolescents, adults and elderly.
-Good knowledge of animation techniques with children.
-Creativity and ability to take initiatives.
-Ability to perform activities such as drawing, painting, music….
-Valid driving license
