Public Relations and Communications Officer
Public Relations and Communications Officer
A professional Consulting Firm based in Al Bireh with branches in the Gulf region and providing services to the private, public and government sectors is seeking to recruit a highly motivated PR and Communications Officer to work in the company headquarters according to the following description.
Job No.: HR-62/2009
Main Responsibilities:
1- Prepare and monitor annual public relations plan
2-Manage the design and update of communication materials in printed and electronic formats
3- Periodic review and update of website contents
4- Prepare and update project profiles and success stories
5- Plan, monitor, and document meetings and events, and incorporate produced materials (reports, studies, pictures, and videos) into company printed and electronic materials including website
6- Prepare company news and press releases, and insure on time release and publications in proper media
7- Plan and execute periodic customer satisfaction surveys, and prepare related assessment, to be incorporated into company printed and website materials.
8- Prepare documents and documentation of all marketing and public relations materials in manual and electronic format
9- Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials and items
10- Manage the preparation and production of a quarterly newsletter
11- Manage the clients’ relations and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improving clients’ relations
12- Prepare periodic progress reports, collect internal/external feedback, and prepare interventions and plans to improve company’s operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. BA degree in public relations, media, business administration or equivalent.
2. 3 years experience in the area of public relations, clients’ relations, or marketing and promotion management.
3. Excellent writing and presentation communications skills in Arabic and English.
4. Energetic, dynamic, ready to explore new challenges, and excellent team worker.
