Public Relations / Field Reporter

The mandate of this position is to support public relations efforts of clients through maintaining excellent relations with media representatives, compiling Arabic (and English) press materials, and seeking public relations opportunities.

Job Roles:
-Participate in community outreach and public relations events in order to collect reporting information, success stories, and compile press releases
-Maintain close contact with local, regional, and international media representatives
-Arrange for extensive media coverage
-Research public relations opportunities through local and regional media outlets
-Arrange for hosting and interview opportunities
-Develop content of professional quality in Arabic and English
-Find creative ways to improve quality and reach of Arabic digitall content
-perform miscellaneous job related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
-BA or BS in journalism, communications, public relations or related field
-Two years' experience with Journalism and Reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience in writing Arabic press content.
-English proficiency is a plus
