Position overview:
Content Creator and PR officer, is part of the Development and Resource Mobilization Department. The Content Creator and PR officer is responsible for all outreach and publications material related to PARC in general and the department in particular. The Content Creator and PR officer is also responsible for strategizing and leading the digital transformation of PARC. In addition to being responsible for promoting and protecting the organization’s brand image across multiple online and offline communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the PR and content creation strategies to promote the
organization’s brand image, and projects.
- Lead PARC’s digital media mainly LinkedIn efforts including re-branding and website, through designing and creating various electronic content for various platforms.
- Digitizing PARC’s accumulative knowledge and experience through supervising the writing and designing of publications (brochures, leaflets, …etc.).
- Help produce supporting materials such as posters, websites and newsletters to promote, market and advertise forthcoming events.
- Attend meetings with local and international actors as required and take and share minutes as needed.
- Head outreach and engagement efforts to build partnership and collaboration with national and international NGOs, private sector, and education entities.
- Organize PR
- Participate in the design and implementation of the departments’ strategy.
- Raise awareness of the organization and its work, at the local and international

Qualifications:
- BA degree in business, marketing, Public Relations or any related discipline. Masters’ degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, preferably for an NGO.
- Proficiency and fluency in Arabic and English language (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good writing and reporting skills.
- A can-do attitude and a self-starter
- Team player and can take feedback
- A good communicator and has the ability to build and maintain relationships
