QA Engineer

ASAL Technologies is the largest software R&D house in Palestine based in Rawabi city

We are looking for QA Engineer to join our team and help take it forward to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with R&D to uncover bugs.
Responsible for quality assurance.
Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
Assure that our users around the world will receive top notch products
A small part includes develop automated testing systems using open source tools, scripts and data sets.
Perform manual testing for new features, regression testing, and track defects.
Report bugs, investigate issues, and reproduce complicated scenarios.
Write test plans, and test cases.

Requirements:

Bsc in Science Mathematics/Biology/Physics/ Engineering/Computer-Science or equivalent.
Highly motivated, energetic and ambitious.
Detail oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
Proven strong technical skills with the ability to deep dive into complex problems and find their root cause.
English- High level.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design.
Communicative, enjoys working as part of an engaging, collaborative team — can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, self-learner, detail-oriented and organized.

Advantages:

Experience in automation tools’ usage and/or development.
Experience with Firebase.
Experience with working in an agile methodology.
Develop automated tests using Java.
