You Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing test cases.
Debugging and defining corrective actions.
Reviewing system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
Defining and implementing strategies to guarantee the quality.

Job Requirements:

BA degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or any related field.
Ready to travel abroad (Europe) also for longer periods (3-6 month) for training or customer involvement.
Personal commitment to success – making it happen whatever it takes.

High motivation and ability to learn something new.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Excellent written/spoken English.
Good written/spoken German is a plus.

Technical Competencies

Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of issue management & bug life-cycles.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Good knowledge of testing techniques.
Knowing agile development life cycle and development processes.
Good Object Oriented Knowledge.
General knowledge in Web technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, SASS, AJAX.
General Knowledge in (Java-based) Web technologies like JSF, JSP is a plus.
General knowledge in relational databases and query languages (SQL Server, MySQL...).
