Derma Beauty Lab (DBL) seeks Quality Assurance Officers at a variety of levels

Qualifications:

-    A Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
-    Higher degrees are a plus
-    Knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements
-    Work experience in quality assurance in cosmetics or pharmaceutical companies is a plus
-    Problem solver with the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic organization
-    Excellent verbal and written English language skills
-    Self-motivated with a positive attitude. She/He must be a team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

-    Ensure the compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and maintain facility site quality policy and objectives
-    Monitor R&D, manufacturing, filling, and packaging, and conduct the necessary lab tests
-    Create and maintain all necessary documentation
-    Manage customer complaints from receiving and documenting the complaint to investigating, and working with the relevant team members on corrective measures and product recall when necessary
-    Working with the team of chemists in identifying solutions for manufacturing issues
