International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire qualified Engineers in the West Bank for the upcoming USAID –Funded projects under the Infrastructure Needs Program. The position is as follows:

 

- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Engineer with approved verifiable experience in quality control and site safety in road construction or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong leader with proven skills in managing numerous projects and directing project compliance with QC and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.

All Positions/Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language.
