Quality Control Manager

First Option Project Construction Management is locally recognized consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture and construction management services in Palestine

First Option is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Sr. Quality Control Manager located in Ramallah, with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

Qualifications:

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related field of work.

Specific Requirements:

Significant experience of not less than ten (10) years in quality control/assurance of infrastructure construction projects. Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and reporting tools for donor funded project is essential.
Excellent organizational skills, to analyze, set priorities, take initiatives and complete work according to deadlines.
Strong management skills in directing project compliance with QA/QC plans.
Expert knowledge of construction products, details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Advance Knowledge of Standards & Codes.
Ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
Professional command in using AutoCAD, and office package.
USAID Experience is considered as a plus.
Fluent in Arabic, excellent English speaking and writing skills.
