Quantity Surveyor

A consultant company, based in Ramallah, is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A university degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity take-off and calculation.
• Experienced in the methods and procedures of engineering measurement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs and bill of quantities preparation.
• Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Good budgeting skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent English skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management skills.
