"HSBC Bank Middle East Limited - Ramaliah in Palestine, operates since 1998 as one of the first foreign banks in Palestine  providing a complete set of comprehensive financial  services, including saving & current personal accounts, mortgage and deposites

Profile:
-Proven track record of building & managing successful corporate relatioships from different industries.
-Well experienced in developing personal Financial services (PFS) business plans
-Diversified banking experience including operations management

Main duties and responsibilities :
-Plan, lead and manage the Branch's team to achieve and exceed Branch Operating Plan targets and create lasting value through people development and enhance financial value for HSBC.
-Develop and motivate the branch retail team towards the achievements of retail strategic and operating objectives/ profitability.
-Achieve branch sales & service quality targets as per the set annual budget.
-Optimize the potential value of the customer base by delivering wealth management products and services,
-Enhance the qualify of the provided customer service.
-Drive, manage & track branch performance toward achieving business, sales & service quality goals & targets through marketing the bank's products & services and increase customer base by direct and cross selling.

Job Requirements:
-University degree in Business Administration / Finance / or any related field from a reputable university
-Min. 8 years experience in banking, 3 of them in branch management.
-Fluent in English &Arabie.
-Strong sales & service orientation.
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
-High problem solving and decision making skills.
-Eligible to live, work and travel in the West Bank
