Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
Adhere to billing policies and cost handling procedures.
Comply with the HACCP requirements.
Timely delivery of goods from receiving area to the store or kitchen ensuring the smooth flow of kitchen operation.
Work in awareness of and according to departmental budgeted costs.
Handle hotel assets and all equipment with utmost care and maintain in best condition.
