Position details
Job title: Receptionist
Department: Administrative affairs and Personnel

Responsibilities:
-Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing
-Answering and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
-Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries.
-Update appointment calendars and scheduling meetings
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photo copying. Faxing..etc
-Support the mission, vision and core values of the company
Requirements:
-A minimum of diploma in secretarial duties or any other related field
-Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
-Professional appearance
-Solid communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to be resourceful and productive in dealing with issues that may arise
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications
-Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
-Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
-capability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
