Type of contract: Fixed duration (8 months)
Monthly Salary: 800$ without extra allowances or deductions.

The association looks forward to be a source of reference in Malaysia about Palestine, the association works in Palestine through its branch in Gaza (Palestine Office) in the sectors of: Relief, Education, Health, Community development, Youth and Culture.

Job Summery

Aman Palestin has admitted a budget for reconstruction program for Gaza Strip after the 2014 Gaza aggression, which includes five construction projects in all Gaza Strip, the candidate will be responsible of coordinating with the partners to implement the stated projects within the accepted limits and criteria.

Summary of key functions/accountabilities

1-Supervising on planning of reconstruction projects.
2-Undertaking monitoring and control actions to measure quality of work.
3-Supervising on closure of projects.
4-Adhering to the association’s enterprise factors and processes.
5-Coordinating works within the functional departments in the association.
6-Being an essential part of the technical engineering committees.
7-Being a communication figure on behalf of the association for the reconstruction program partners.
8-Reporting to programs and projects admin.

Minimum requirements

1-Bachelor Degree in civil engineering
2-Minimum Cumulative GPA 75%.
3-Minimum Experience 3 years in construction projects.
4-Average English language level (Reading, Writing, Listening, Conservation).
5-Good attitude and communication skills.

Competitive requirements

1-Master Degree in Civil engineering or management.
2-Work Experience in NGO’s project management.
3-Courses in projects and general management.
4-Courses in Civil Engineering.
5-Courses in MS Excel, Ms Project, Programming software.
6-High Toefl or ILETS Grade.
7-High attitude and communication skills.
