We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We're searching for someone who is passionate about identifying undiscovered talent and supporting people in developing successful careers.
Contract: Full-time / Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Recruitment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop job postings and advertisements to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
- Schedule and book interviews, and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers.
- Utilize social media and other recruiting tools to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with job candidates and potential future candidates.
- Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Special Requirements & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent understanding of hiring practices and stages.
- Good understanding of various types of organizations, companies, industries, and sectors.
- The ability to prioritize and multi-tasking is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong English language skills.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Detail-oriented.
Years of experience:
1- 3 Years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Ramallah, Palestine.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
