About Al Nayzak & Horizons:

AlNayzak Organization is a Palestinian non-profit, non- partisan, and unique organization that looks for young talents in science, technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, and math (STEEM), and plants an ambitious vision in the hearts of our community: “An Innovative Palestinian society, capable of producing original scientific knowledge, integrated with sustainable development”.

Horizons Academy is a Palestinian initiative supporting young gifted high school students by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed in obtaining a scholarship and competing for admission to top worldwide universities.

Position Definition

Responsible for connecting with local schools and community centers to build a network and inform their students/beneficiaries about Horizons Academy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit and establish a network with local schools and community centers (all around Palestine).
• Headhunt the top students in Palestine and recruit to Horizons Academy.
• Participate in Horizons Academy admissions process.
• Use internal and external systems to advertise for Horizons Academy.
• Run the ambassadorship program at Horizons Academy.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or any related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic both verbal and written - Hebrew is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field in a local NGO.
