Regional Manager – GAZA

The Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI), is an independent Palestinian organization, based in Al-Bireh with a branch in Gaza. PICTI has been created through the initiative and support of the Palestinian ICT Community. PICTI’s mission is the commercialization of business innovations by Palestinian entrepreneurs. PICTI targeted services assists Palestinian entrepreneurs to develop their innovative products, to incorporate a new start-up business and to access local and regional markets. The Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI) is seeking a Regional Manager to manage its operations in Gaza. He/she will report to the Executive Director, the main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Ensure that all clients are timely supported with required resources.
-Oversees all aspects of the implementation of programs and projects in Gaza to ensure timely commencing and completion of activities in the most effective and efficient way in accordance with strategies and plans.
-Provide overall guidance, planning and management of the projects and programs.
-Ensure exchanges of information, experience, identify new strategies of action to improve delivery of services and to achieve the concerned programs requirements and objectives.
-Support the incubated clients in developing their business plans, action plans, business models, marketing plans and tracking progress of plans implementation.
-Facilitate incubates skills enhancement and capacity building.
-Manage match making between incubates and mentors, potential clients and investors upon business aspects.
-Prepare concept notes and proposals as needed.
-Represent the organization with local and international stakeholders in Gaza.

Qualifications:

-MA or BA in business administration or related fields
-Minimum 5 years of proven track record in a similar position or accelerated professional experiences.
-Advanced knowledge in entrepreneurship and incubation and acceleration models.
-Experience in program and project planning and budgeting.
-Staff leadership to achieve priority goals and objectives.
-Excellent Presentation and communications skills.
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details.
-Committed to quality and member customer service.


Languages: Excellent Arabic & English
