Regional Project Officer

Handicap International, an international NGO working in the field of disability, has the following vacancy in its office in (Palestine )

 
Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Personal Attitudes:

- Essential - at least a Bachelor degree in Occupational therapy, community Development  or similar fields
-Advantage - knowledge of gender issues and/or business administration/management
-Work experience 3 years in similar project or program
-Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
-Dynamic, positive and team player
-Ability at travel to the seven targeted countries with a  valid passport ( Jordanian /foreign ) even if based in Palestine 
-Experience in creating master plans from multiple projects or activities
-Fully proficient with MS Office or equivalent
-Strong analytical, management and organisational skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver presentations to small groups/public speaking
-Ability to work in a matrix organization
-Ability to interact at different levels of the organization
-Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously:
