The International City / County Management Association (ICMA) requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing event management services.  These services include design and printing of brochures, roll ups and banners, folders and small booklets and preparation and arrangement of the halls for the 2 main events under the CityLinks/ App2Action Project. The events; Tech Jam Workshop and Showcase/ Award Ceremony, are to be held in Nablus in November 2015 and February 2016.

This request for quotation is in support of the USAID funded CityLinks Program. Housed under the USAID-funded, ICMA CityLinks program, the App2Action Challenge brings together software developers, designers, and subject-matter experts to develop phone-or web-based tools that help address water and/or sanitation hygiene (WASH) challenges in a local community.
