Arab World for Research and Development (AWRAD) is a pioneering social research and development firm. AWRAD is seeking qualified applicants for the position of: Research Associate.

Responsibilities for this position include:

-Field research including interviewing and facilitation of workshops;
-Writing concept notes, background papers and proposals;
-Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
-Contributing to reports and published materials;
-Related logistical duties (ex: translation).

Preferred applicants will include those with a social science background, research and analytical skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and experience in writing proposals, research papers and other related materials. It is expected that a successful applicant will be open-minded, creative, industrious and hold him or herself to a high personal standard. Teamwork is a crucial value at AWRAD.
