Tetra Tech DPK is implementing the Justice Sector Assistance Project (JSAP) III under a contract funded by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). JSAP III supports the Public Prosecution Offices (PPOs), the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP) and the Military Justice Commission across the West Bank.

JSAP III is seeking to hire qualified personnel to fill the following positions:

Researchers (4 positions)

Researchers will be embedded in the beneficiaries’ offices.
Primary tasks of the Researchers will include:
-Support implementation of all program activities at PPOs including carrying out needs assessments, legal research, case filing and archiving;
-Participate in conducting statistical reports/studies;
-Provide administrative support to the PPOs;
-Assist in implementation of archiving system: copying case files, labeling, filing, and archiving;
-Assist in implementation of electronic archiving system known as MIZAN
within the PPOs by training the administrative and technical staff; conducting data entry and follow up;
-Coordinate training activities and workshops;
-Assist in supervising new interns;
-Other related tasks and support as requested by supervisors.

Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
-Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law;
-At least two years’ of experience in the area of analysis and/or legal research, data collection, preferably in the Palestinian justice sector;
-Solid computer, reporting and communication skills;
-Ability to work within a team and under pressure;
-Ability to travel across the West Bank.
