Resident Engineer

A consulting firm is seeking a Resident Civil Engineer for International water project.

Position Title : Resident Engineer
Duration : 2 years.
Location : Nablus

Required Education:
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experience

General Qualifications needed:
-Experience as resident engineer for at least one project in the field of water, including reservoirs, pump stations and water pipes.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to manage and mentor site engineers and inspectors.
-Technical and management skills.
-Solid working experience in the supervision of water supply projects.
-Strong knowledge and practical experience in the principles and methods of public procurement and International procurements.
-Good experience in liaising and working with International organizations and local Authorities.
-Strong analytical skills, and reporting, follow up, budget control..etc.
