Overview:
Baladi Group is excited to announce the opening of its first Foodcourt in Jerusalem and the development of the Baladi Food Boulevard. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative project, guiding the opening and ongoing success of some of the city’s most anticipated food destinations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record in managing logistics, teams, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant concepts within the foodcourt and boulevard, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to the CEO, GM of Operations, and GM of Restaurants, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurants within the Foodcourt and Baladi Food Boulevard, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of chefs, service staff, and kitchen personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordinate the delivery of ingredients, equipment, and supplies; manage stock levels and inventory control to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze sales, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and reduce costs.
- Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular safety checks and staff training.
- Event Planning & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute events, promotions, and special offerings to attract customers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports for the CEO, GM of Operations, and GM of Restaurants to track performance, monitor KPIs, and optimize business operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in restaurant management, particularly in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including logistics, inventory management, and financial planning.
- Understanding of Israeli food and beverage regulations and compliance standards.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken (additional languages a plus).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Experience in managing customer service excellence in a busy environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
