Job Title: Retention representative, with:
Possibility of good bonuses.
Transportation will be provided during night shifts.

Job requirements:
Experience in sales / customer service - an advantage
Working Hours: Flexible shifts: 09:00-17:00  14:00-22:00 (2 weekend shifts every month)

Fluent English (Speaking and writing),
Excellent Presentation and communications skills,
Excellent computer skills and Microsoft office proficiency,
Solution oriented,innovative & hard working,
Strong personality, team player and ability to work under pressure,
Motivated and have good analytical thinking,
Creativity - finding solutions for the client,
Learning ability,
Bethlehem resident is preferable.
