Strengthen the Organizational Capacity of the Local NGOs and CBOs working in the health sector to enhance their capability to provide complementary health services for Gaza 2020: Health Matters Project

Background:
About Gaza 2020C (GHMP)
The USAID funded Gaza 2020: Health Matters project is designed to improve emergency preparedness and response and improve access and availability of quality primary and secondary health care by building the capacity of NGOs and community based organizations in Gaza.

One of the primary objectives of GHMP is to strengthen the organizational capacity of the local NGOs and CBOs working in the health sector to enhance their capability to provide complementary health services.

Service Objective:
Under this service, Mercy Corps is looking for hiring consultants to provide manual development/ customization and or Coaching and training under the following areas (Programs Management, Finance, Human Recourse Management, Logistic Management, Strategic planning, Fundraising, MEL)

Consultancy Qualifications:

The assignments will be implemented by consultant(s) with following qualifications per each sector:-
Master degree in one of the following sectors:
Finance/ accounting
Business Administration
international  Development
Project Management
Human Resources Management
Other relevant fields

With at least 5 years of experience working in this field.
RFPs can be collected starting from 11 Jan 2017 from Mercy Corps Gaza office according to below address, from the Procurement Department.

Pre-bid Meeting
A Pre-bid meeting will be held at Mercy Corps office (Al Motaz Building 3, Al Sena’a Junction) on Tuesday 17 January, 2017 at 2:00 pm.

Proposal Submission and Bids Opening:
Deadline for submitting sealed bids is Monday 23 January 2017 12:00 PM, to: Mercy Corps, Al Motaz Building # 3, Al Sena’a Junction, Gaza office # 08-2826331- Official working hours Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am up to 4:00 pm

Proposals will be opened in the presence of a Mercy Corps tender commission only on Monday 23 Jan 2017 @ 12:30 pm at Mercy Corps Gaza office.
