RFQ:Supply and installation of emergency latrines activity

INVITATION TO QUOTATION REQUEST

“ Emergency support for displaced families affected by the hot summer weather in order to improve access to basic sanitation and hygiene services”

Action Against Hunger (ACF) is a non-governmental, private, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit making organization established in 1979. ACF has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. ACF, through a fund available from the ERF oPt humanitarian pooled fund, (Publication Reference: PI-GZ-00911), would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for the supply and installation of emergency latrines activity in Johr Al Deek Area, Middle Governorate according to the following conditions:
-Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide ACF with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate.
-Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from ACF-Gaza office starting from Wednesday August 12th 2015 at 09:00 until 16:00 (local time of the Palestinian Territory). The last day to distribute quotation requests documents is on Monday, August 17th 2015 at 14:00 (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
-Clarification meeting will be held at ACF office, which is located at Al- Rasheed Street near Gaza sea port, Dream Building 3th floor on Sunday, 16th August, 2015 at 10:00 am (local time of the Palestinian Territory).

-Eligible contractors should submit their quotation in a sealed envelope no later than 18th August 2015 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory) with 11,000 USD attached as bank guarantee valid for 60 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.
-Quotation opening session will be at ACF, Al- Rasheed Street near Gaza sea port, Dream Building 3th floor, August 18th, 2015 at 1:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
-ACF is not obliged to accept the lowest price.

-ACF has the right to postpone, cancel, extend or split the quotation request.
-Preparation and announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
