Oxfam would like to invite eligible suppliers to submit their offers for supply and installation of Weather Station with the required sensors, specifications and other details of the goods and services being considered for potential supply are contained in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.

Collection and submission of the RFQ documents:
RFQ documents can be collected from and submitted to either one of our Oxfam offices in Gaza or Ramallah which are located in the following addresses:

- Gaza Office    Oxfam, Hiji Building, 2nd Floor, Al-Rasheed St. ,Gaza, 08-2822554
- Ramallah Office    Oxfam, Ramallah , Al Irsal, Beir Zeet road , business centre building, 2nd floor above Oud Cafe and restaurant, 02-2972844

All submissions should be in original stamped form and in a sealed envelope enclosed to one of the above mentioned addresses.

Deadline for Submission: Deadline for receipt of offers is by 13:00 hours on the 30th March 2017. Oxfam shall not accept nor be held responsible for any submission that misses the deadline. NO E-MAIL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

General:

-Potential suppliers are required to submit a bid security and shall be at least Five percent (5%) of the quotation amount in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee valid for 120 days.
-Oxfam reserves the right to decline all or any Bid. Potential suppliers may be requested to furnish further information as part of the selection.
-Successful suppliers will be notified of the RFQ outcome, which is likely to take 2 weeks to be finalized after submission deadline.
-Oxfam reserves the right to postpone, cancel, split or extend deadlines of this RFQ.
-Oxfam is not obliged to accept the lowest price bid or any bid.
