Safety Manager (Infrastructure)Program Sector)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is contracting with MWH Americas Inc (MWH) for a program of water and wastewater infrastructure improvements in the West Bank under Phase II of the Infrastructure Needs Program.MWH is seeking the following positions for a fulltime 12 –month assignment located in Ramallah, Palestine Territory.

Location: Field and Office

Qualifications Sought:
Work Experience Requirements:
-Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in the safety and construction of projects
-Experience in USAID projects, or similar International Funding agencies.

Education Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Elector Mechanical Engineering
-Proof of university degree will be required
-Safety training

Other Requirements Related to the Job
-Fluent English language skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communications skills
-Must have ability to set and manage priorities
-Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction or supervision
-Excellent team working skills
-Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
-Valid Driving License.
