Sale Managers



Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day branch operations & personnel to meet or exceed sales targets
-Build relations with existing & potential customers
-Guide team members to provide effective & efficient service to customers, good housekeeping, & overall operating store efficiency
-Implement agreed upon marketing campaigns, discounts, promotions & product launch strategies 
-Enforce company processes standards & procedures

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business studies, business administration, or commerce
-Three years experience on electrical appliances sales including  LCDs, washing machines & refrigerators
-At least five years of work experience in retail business or a related field, along with at least three year in managerial or supervisory position
-Assertive & handle pressure effectively
-Ability to motivate & coach team members into achieving set goals
-Strong written & verbal communication skills
-Good marketing skills & general knowledge of sales techniques
-Proficient use of computers, Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, & PowerPoint.
