Job opportunity: Sales Account Executive



FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions for the local market for over the last 17 years.

FIS is looking for Sales Account Executive, who can join our Sales team in Ramallah.

Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities

-Manage key accounts
-Act as the point of contact for clients
-Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
-Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
-Identify new potential customers
-Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
-Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
-Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

-Sales & Marketing Skills.
-Business Communication Skills.
-Time Management skills.
-Good analytical skills.
-Self-Dependent, Motivated, dynamic and very good communicator.
-English Language (Conversation and writing).
-Ability to work under pressure with quality of outcomes.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

-Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
-Hands on experience with customer service
-Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Analytical and time-management skills
-Excellent English
-BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
