Sales Account Manager

Established in 2004, NTS-NextLevel Technologies and Systems is a professional systems integrator. Since the early beginning of NTS, the company emerged with one main focus that is to stay abreast of the technology advancement and to develop the right foundations to deliver upon it across full spectrum of ICT infrastructure.

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Key Responsibilities

• Developing successful relationships with clients.
• Managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands NTS customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers.
• Understanding client needs and visions.
• Providing resolution for problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the products provided
• Supervising team members assigned to customer accounts.
• Setting and tracking sales targets.
• Working to KPIs.
• Generating new business using customer network.

• BA in Business administration, IT, CIS or a related field
• Proven two years’ experience as account manager
• Experience in Network Infrastructure, Security Solution, IT equipment, and IT Software .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Valid Driving License.
