Palestine Motors Company (PMC), located in Baytuniya on Abu Jehad College St., is the exclusive dealer for prestigious automotive brands including BMW, Geely, and Mitsubishi Motors in Palestine. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, PMC is dedicated to providing high-quality vehicles and exceptional service to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team across our various brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Engage with prospective clients to present our vehicle offerings, articulating the unique value propositions of each brand with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the customer.
  • Utilize CRM software for lead generation and management, tracking interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Complete all required documentation and reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Undertake any additional initiatives or tasks as requested by the direct manager to support the overall goals of the organization.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or 4-5 years of sales experience in a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in lead generation and management, utilizing CRM software to optimize sales processes.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
