We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team across our various brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Engage with prospective clients to present our vehicle offerings, articulating the unique value propositions of each brand with clarity and confidence.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the customer.
- Utilize CRM software for lead generation and management, tracking interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Complete all required documentation and reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Undertake any additional initiatives or tasks as requested by the direct manager to support the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or 4-5 years of sales experience in a related field.
Required Skills:
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in lead generation and management, utilizing CRM software to optimize sales processes.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
