To support our growth and market expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Riam’s sales and marketing strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a strategic approach to increasing market share, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
• Set and achieve sales targets through structured planning and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities, key market segments, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee sales pipeline management and customer acquisition efforts.
2. Marketing & Brand Management:
• Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to promote Riam’s pharmaceutical and medical product portfolio.
• Enhance brand positioning, visibility, and customer engagement within the healthcare sector.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the team and ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance sales team capabilities.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements.
• Address customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service quality and satisfaction.
5. Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, market share, and business growth metrics.
• Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is a Must.
• MBA or professional marketing certifications (Highly preferred).
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical products sector.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and lead successful teams.
• Experience working with famous pharmaceutical companies is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate and drive performance in a competitive market.
• Financial & Market Analysis: Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and business forecasting.
• Sales & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and negotiation strategies.
• Marketing Expertise: Experience in brand positioning, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and market insights to guide decision-making.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking software, and digital marketing tools and office environment.
• Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented business environment.
Languages:
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
