Job Description

• Leading telesales/sales teams in achieving sales targets.
• Sealing deals with potential clients (leads)
• Creating marketing campaigns and marketing content including proposals and presentations
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Trains other sales people in the art of selling
• Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
• Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer relationships.

• Communication skills 
• Business Administration or Marketing BA Degree (is a plus)
• Experience in sales (Traditional, digital or telesales)
• Experience in marketing (is a plus)
• English Proficiency
• Knowledge in graphics design software is a plus.
