Position: Sales/Client Service
Contract duration: One Year-renewable
Location: Ramallah / Palestine

Background on Creative
Creative was established in 2009 and is specialized in marketing, advertising, social media, mobile application development, and movie production. We strive to hire qualified, competent, professional personnel who will perform effectively in Clients’ Service and sales fields, and who will be committed to the overall vision and target of Creative.
Under the supervision of the Client Service Supervisor and the Business Development Manager, s/he will use their skills and experience to maximize Creative’s sales, ensure that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers, and insures customer satisfaction.
Client Service Coordinator:
-Acts as the client’s representative at the company and vice versa.
-Research and proposal writing.
-Develops a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, the consumer, the marketplace and all aspects of advertising, and commercial productions.
-Presents recommendations to clients.
- Fosters productive communication between client and company’s staff, and identify common goals.
-Creates a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
-Manages Reviews progress and delivers client’s advertisement projects.
-Establishes direct relationships with new potential clients and maintains and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
-Identifies accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
-Prepare various reports concerning monthly results, annual forecast and account status reports.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing.
- At least 2-3 years of which were in similar responsible position in Client Service and Sales.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable in planning and problem solving.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Willingness to improve skills and knowledge.
