:is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Consultant to fill the following position

.Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Nablus Showroom

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customers with detailed information.
• Engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting and ensuring their needs are understood.
• Addressing any questions or concerns the customers may have.
• Building a strong customer relationship to meet their satisfaction.
• Promoting our products and achieving the desired goals.
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Helping customers to find a suitable car that matches their budget and needs.
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
• Maximizing vehicle and plan sales for our organization.
• Working respectively and flexibly with our different departments according to the supervisor’s instructions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public relations or any related field.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a sales position - working in an automotive company is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in explaining technical details to customers.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
