Sales Consultant

We Sharikat Gargour Al Tijariyyah the General Distributor of Mercedes - Benz in West Bank , are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultants to join our team in our showrooms in Ramallah , Beit Sahour and Nablus.

Job Title : Sales Consultant.
Location : Ramallah , Beit Sahour, Nablus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customers with detailed information.
• Engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting and ensuring their needs are understood.
• Addressing any questions or concerns the customers may have.
• Building a strong customer relationship to meet their satisfaction.
• Promoting our products and achieving the desired goals.
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Helping customers to find a suitable car that matches their budget and needs.
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
• Maximizing vehicle and plan sales for our organization.
• Working respectively and flexibly with our different departments according to the supervisor’s instructions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales position - working in an automotive company is a plus.
3. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
4. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
5. Proficient in explaining technical details to customers.
6. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Valid driver’s license.
