Sales Development Executive
Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing the key point of sales to expand the exclusive dealer channel.
• Identifying potential non telecom shops to develop into POS’s.
• Ability to perform fieldwork.
• Maintaining a close “Face to Face” relationship with the sales channels (the exclusive Dealers).
• Planning the activities for dealers.
• Monitoring the channel’s activities in compliance with established processes & procedures.
• Ensuring that Ooredoo brand is well-optimized inside outlets & report any shortages related to merchandising/Informative needs to the assigned merchandiser at that region.
• Will be responsible for information flow / training to these outlets.
• Ensuring the price stability among the network to avoid dumping prices.
• Ensuring the sales targets’ achievement by maximizing volume of orders (Quantity Part).
• Ensuring the Post-paid target achievements.
• Following up on key outlets stock of top-up & SIM on daily basis.
• Providing Market feedback related to Ooredoo products and campaigns as well as feedback about the Competitor.
• Any other tasks depending on business needs.

Work Experience & Qualifications:
• One Year of practical experience in Sales/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Personal Traits & Skills:
• Driving License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Organizational skills.
• Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
• Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
• Motivated and Pro-active.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
