Sales Executive

Jaguar Land Rover Ltd company based on Ramallah is looking for applications to fill the position of Sales Executive under the following conditions:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

-Builds rapport and customer relationships and qualifies the customer’s requirements
-Ensures sales opportunities are maximized for the full range of Jaguar Land Rover services and products
-Co-ordinates order and delivery
-Liaises with administrative colleagues to ensure product availability fits with Jaguar Land Rover standards, places the order, updates customer records and schedules any complementary services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle
-Maintains contact with the customer to ensure they are kept fully informed throughout the sale and pre-delivery process
-Develops relationships to win new business – managing relationships, prospecting, handling enquiries
-Manages the display of products and merchandise. Ensures vehicles are presented professionally at all times
-Works as a full member of the Dealership team
-Works with colleagues across the Dealership to deliver improvements and provide a seamless service to customers
-Works with colleagues across the Dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints
-Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
 
Job Requirements:

-BA in Business Administration or Marketing
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field or related industry
-Ability to work under pressure
-Team player and hard worker
-Very good skills in English and Arabic  languages
-Very good skills in MS office
