FIS Distribution is looking for Sales Executive, who can join our Sales team in Ramallah.

Job Title: Sales Executive 

Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities 

• Organize sales visits and regular client meetings.
• Demonstrate and present products
• Act as the point of contact for clients
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Identify new potential customers
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Skills:

• Sales & Marketing Skills (Preferred on Computers / Electronics field).
• Business Communication Skills.
• Time Management skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Self-Dependent, Motivated, dynamic and very good communicator.
• English Language (Conversation and writing).
• Ability to work under pressure with quality of outcomes.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Sales executive
• Hands on experience with customer service
• Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and time-management skills
• Excellent English
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
