Sales Manager

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest real-estate development and investment companies in Palestine. UCI’s projects include TABO (www.TABO.ps) and MENA Geothermal (www.menageothermal.com) and is now offering an outstanding opportunity for Sales Manager for its operations in the West Bank.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years ofsales experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent understanding of sales cycle and process
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written/oral)
-Ability to make effective sales presentations in Arabic and English to large groups
- Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action
-In depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Excellent problem solving and negotiations skills
- Excellent communication, time management, analytical and quantitative skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales reps in the field of real-estate
-Achieve aggressive monthly targets
-Develop effective direct sales strategies and relevant training programs for sales reps
-Manage budget and operational components of sales office
-Oversee and assist with the implementation of business development activities in order to attract new clients
-Recruit and hire sales staff
