Sales Manager

1. Develop and implement the quarterly and annual objectives of the department.
2. Develop sales strategy and working mechanisms.
3. Prepare the annual sales plan, and prepare monthly offers in coordination with the Management.
4. Managing sales activities.
5. Forecast sales discount.
6. Maintain growth of annual sales.
7. Follow up on the collection by sales staff and in coordination with the Finance Department.
8. Follow up on the stock of goods in coordination with the Supply Chain Department.
9. Conduct field visits with customers to enrich the relationship with them.
10. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
11. Solve customers’ problems to achieve their satisfaction, and follow up on the customers’ accounts, promoting strong long-lasting relationships with them and understanding their needs.
12. Review and analyze all sales reports, and submit monthly reports.
13. Monitor changes in the market, and ensure a safe existence of the company.
14. Manage, train, evaluate and motivate the sales team to ensure reaching all of the customers, add to that recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives based on criteria agreed upon by top management. 
15. Other requirements that might be needed to support the sales and collection activities.
