Wattan was established in 1996 and it founded Wattan TV and Wattan Radio station. Wattan currently own Wattan media group which comprises of Wattan Media Network (TV, FM, online, and social media channels), Wattan Media Academy and Wattan Institute for Media Research and Future Studies.
Over the past 28 years, Wattan has established itself as an important voice of Palestinian citizens, civil society, marginalized communities and groups, women and, most significantly, youth. Our team of reporters, correspondents, and experts in the West Bank and Gaza provide wide ranging reporting and programming on issues of public concern including sensitive and controversial topics that are rarely covered by mainstream Palestinian media.
Wattan is seeking qualified candidate to fulfil the following full-time vacancy in Jordan:
Position: Sales Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Management team to ensure the implementation & managing sales goals, regularly reviewing progress, and adapting targets as required to drive growth.
He/She will be responsible of analyzing current sales processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and taking steps to optimize performance. In addition to provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales activities in Jordan.
- Set up Sales targets and monitor achievements in Jordan.
- Manager Resellers Network, their geographical coverage, products availability
- Identify and plan key customers retention strategies
- Review and monitor media product and provide Wattan with new media products trends
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Jordan.
- Understand client needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience
- Good knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and familiarity in Jordanian market
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- in Microsoft applications (Excel, word, …etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, cross-cultural)
- Good command in Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel easily between West Bank and Jordan with a permanent access to West Bank.
