Job Title: TR 02-2016 Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Beit Jala, Palestine

Transcend seeks to recruit a motivated, dynamic and persuasive Sales & Marketing Manager, who will work on defining long term strategic goals to build customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

Responsibilities will be, but not limited to, the following:

-Designs, develops and maintains the sales process for the company (including its sales, services, end-to-end solution, and taking proper actions to close gaps).
-Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving
-Prepare and implement marketing plans in the targeted markets.

Skills and Qualifications:
-At least five years relevant experience working in Marketing and sales in local, regional and international markets.
-Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, and Good Computer Knowledge.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages is an asset.
