Sales Officer

Hardrock Company was established as one of Badri & Hania companies Group to cover the needs of schools, universities, bookshops, toys and gift shops, banks, companies and ministries in the Palestinian market with a wide range of stationery, office supplies, paper products, toys and gifts.

We are currently recruiting for the following
position: Sales Officer
Location: Gaza Field
Type of Contract: Full Time.
Deadline for Application: 12/3/2016

Job description:
-Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
-Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
-Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
-Provides results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
-Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
-Collaborates with executive manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share.
-Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
-Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

Qualifications:
-University degree in business administration, Marketing or any other related field from an accredited university
-More than Three years of experience in sales.
-Self-motivated and positive thinking
-Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Courteous and Professional
-Strong computer skills.
